MAIN EVENT - May 16, 2026

The Los Angeles Lineman’s Rodeo in conjunction with LADWP and IBEW Local 18 welcome you to attend and participate in the 2026 Lineman’s Rodeo. This year is our 17th year to have an online presence and we hope our site can help you and your teams make plans to compete at your highest level.

LINEMAN RODEO CHALLENGE

At present, we have 5 events scheduled for power journeyman level linemen and apprentice linemen to participate. A complete list of events, rules and sign up forms are available on our site. Again, LADWP and the I.B.E.W. Local 18 welcome you to attend and participate in this year Lineman's Rodeo. Learn more about joining in on our competition. Thank you, to all of the vendors, who have participated in the past, your participation is very important to the Rodeo. It gives you, the vendors, the chance to meet with the people who use your products and at the same time it gives the users of your products the opportunity to give you feedback on tools and products. The Rodeo is advertised and open to the utilities in California and all those who are willing to travel; which also gives you the opportunity to meet and make new contacts.
